Expressionengine has been a revelation for me; purely and simply a life changing piece of software.
In 2006 EE bounced me from producing static html sites - where I outsourced *any* dynamic, complex, database-driven work - to empowering me to feel like I could build just about anything. Really, anything.
I’ve just knocked together a quick WYMeditor Fieldtype which I’m happy to share with anyone that’s interested.
Its built on Brandon Kelly’s excellent Fieldframe framework, so you’ll need to grab that, and enable jQuery in the cp via your favorite flavor.

Just stumbled across this and I’m simply blown away. Amazing results from a low budget camera with a talented person behind it…
Just written my first EE plugin, appropriately named Crumbee, its pretty crummy really.
It basically grabs the url of the current page and builds a breadcrumb trail from that, replacing a “-” or a “_” with a space and capitalising the words. Very handy when using the EE pages module and/you/have/long/urls.
Yep, I’m pretty crap at keeping this up to date… I’ve just got heaps on but have started a Tumblr account where you can get wee bits and bobs that I stumble accross....
I look at cgi today, looking at all the fun I games I’ve played in my time and wonder when’s it gonna stop.
